We use a custom algorithm to determine how strong a hand is on a 0-1 scale relative to any board, not taking into account anything else in the hand. This is what you see in the "strength" tab in postflop ranges
To calculate the bluff % for river bet/raise spots we adjust the threshold for when a hand is considered a bluff by looking at the GTO data and adjusting for the line, positions, sizings, and many other factors
For example in a X-X-B line, middle pair is usually a value bet, but in a XC-XC-XR line top pair is usually a bluff. Or if the flop were monotone, XC-XC-XR with a straight would likely be a bluff
Hand strengths like "Two Pair" are displayed, but never used internally as they can be very misleading depending on the exact board
For draws, certain textures where they'd be misleading are excluded. For example a "combo draw" will not be counted on a wet monotone flop
