- Fish/Reg profiling is mostly determined by a player's VPIP-PFR gap, adjusted so that short-handed doesn't skew their stats
- We run bot detection software to filter out any hands played by bots since they change so often
- Regs are defined as having all of the following:
- under 9.5 gap for NLHE (16 for PLO)
- under 2% limp, excluding ante hands and SB limp
- under 32% adjusted VPIP (40% for PLO), excluding ante hands
- For ante hands, we adjust the gap threshold based on how big the ante is
- For players with almost all of their volume in heads-up, we run a more thorough analysis to determine player type
